SHIPPING FEES

  • Free standard shipping for orders over $59 (excluding NT).
  • $9.95 flat-rate standard shipping on orders under $59 (excluding NT).
  • For orders to the NT, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout by the carrier.

 

DELIVERY SPEED

  • Please allow 3 business days to process your order. An email will be sent when your order is on the way.
  • Normally, domestic orders within Australia are delivered within 2-8 business days.
  • Delivery speed may vary depending on your local service provider. You can track the status of your shipment on the carrier's website using the provided tracking number. If your parcel has not arrived, please contact your local delivery service for further information.
  • We shall not be held liable for any delays or damages arising from the actions or performance of the carrier.

 

STORE PICKUP

  • Enjoy 20% OFF Pickup orders!!!
  • The address for pickup orders is 23 Ceylon Street, Nunawading, VIC 3131. Orders can be picked up on business days from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
