Refund policy


  • Please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. However, you can choose between a refund or exchange if the goods are faulty, incorrect, missing, or damaged. If you encounter any of the issues mentioned above, please take a photo immediately and contact us at support@stninternational.com.au.
  • Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Please keep your original receipt as proof of purchase.
  • All returns must be in original condition, unopened, and unused (unless faulty). If the items received are not what was ordered, please do not open the sealed package in which they were sent. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed acceptance by the customer of the items as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered, and no further claim can be raised thereafter.
  • Gift cards/vouchers purchased cannot be returned and are not redeemable for cash.
  • Items bought on sale or with the use of a discount code will be refunded at the price paid after the discount.
  • Please note that we are only able to offer refunds for purchases made at https://shop.stninternational.com.au/.
  • All returns will be reimbursed to your original form of payment.
  • There will be no store credit given for order price differences or due to price drops. Please select your purchase carefully when you place your order.

 

HOW TO RETURN A FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM

To request a return, please email us at support@stninternational.com.au, quoting your order number, and attach a photo or short video of the fault.

Please ensure you have emailed us before sending your item back—it makes the process a lot easier.

  • We'll get back to you

Our customer coordinators will contact you via email with instructions on how to return your item to us.

  • Then what happens?

We will process your exchange, refund, or store credit within 10 business days of your return arriving back to us.

It is the customer’s responsibility to retrieve any items that GreenKosy deems to be in unacceptable condition (unless faulty) or outside of the mentioned timeframe. GreenKosy will not pay to return items in unacceptable condition. GreenKosy takes no responsibility for lost items when sending returns.
